Paul R. Duchscherer graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 2001. Prior to joining the Federal Public Defender’s office, he was an Assistant Missouri State Public Defender for nearly 20 years. As a public defender, he has shown his continual commitment to representing all clients facing serious criminal offenses. He has presented criminal law seminars at local high schools and taught political science courses at Missouri State University.
