Daniel Kirsch graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2004. Upon graduation, Daniel clerked for the Honorable Nancy Steffen Rahmeyer of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District. Daniel then worked for the Wiley Law Office, P.C., and subsequently founded his own firm, the Kirsch Law Office, LLC. In 2008, Daniel relocated to Tennessee and joined the Office of the Post-Conviction Defender, where his caseload focused exclusively on Tennessee capital post-conviction cases. In 2017, Daniel came back to Missouri to join the Capital Habeas Unit.
