Brian received his bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Southeast Missouri State University in 1995. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi in 1998. Brian began his legal career in 1999 with the Missouri State Public Defender’s office. Since that beginning, Brian has worked as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in Butler and Greene County, a law clerk for the Southern District Court of Appeals, and as a solo practitioner specializing in Criminal Defense and Family Law. Brian brings his over 20 years of trial experience to his clients.
