Allison M. English graduated with a double major in English and Political Science with a minor in African Studies from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. She then received her Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati. In 2009, Allison received her law degree from Washburn University School of Law with a certificate in Family Law.
After graduating law school, Allison opened her own law office primarily focusing on Family Law and Criminal Defense. In 2011, she joined the Kansas State Public Defender Office in Saline County later transferring to the Geary County office where she remained for four years.
In 2017, Allison joined the Federal Public Defender Office for the Western District of Missouri and plans to dedicate her career to providing quality defense for indigent persons charged with criminal offenses.
