Last Updated Thursday, 13 March 2008 New 10th Edition "Introduction to Federal Sentencing" Lucien rolled off as coauthor for this edition, but was kind enough to review it and make numerous helpful suggestions. Sentencing Resource Counsel Amy Baronevans, AZ AFPD Dan Kaplan, and WDTX AFPD Donna Coltharp provided expert editing, and WDTX Research and Writing Specialist Brad Bogan spent many hours researching and drafting (and correcting my mistakes). You are welcome to use the paper in any way you see fit. A copy has been forwarded to the Sentencing Commission, who has in the past used it for training. Introduction to Federal Sentencing

These guidelines apply only to fact witnesses and do not
apply to expert witnesses and fees for psychiatric examinations or testimony. 8th Circuit Blog The address of the 8th Circuit blog is the following Panel Training Events |
